Why did you decide to join the Eco Chateau Team?
When I was in college, I was looking for a part-time job at a company that I shared values with. I have a huge passion for sustainability, so Eco’s green initiatives immediately drew me in. I am so grateful to be able to share my passion for the environment with a team of people who appreciate it, all while helping others along their own wellness journeys. It’s so rare to find a business that cares as much about its’ team members, community, and planet as Eco Chateau. They’ve allowed me to grow from a part-time Spa Coordinator to the Spa Manager position and I couldn’t have asked for a better journey along the way! I can wake up every morning and know that we are doing what we can to better our client’s lives and our planet.

Why did you decide to become a massage therapist?
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always wanted to help people but wasn’t sure how to go about that. When I heard of massage therapy I thought, Wow that’s amazing I think I can do that. 10 years later here I am, and still loving everything about it!
What do you want your clients to know about you?
I am a Certified Massage Therapist and Body Wrap Therapist. I have seen the benefits of both treatments and I think they work very well together. I am a very intuitive therapist and I tend to find areas of concern that you may not have known about. Everything in your body is connected, therefore if you have one problem area, you most likely will still need a full body massage. I believe in educating my clients because if you are looking for lasting results, you need to be consistent and do after care at home as well. The treatments I offer are not a luxury, it is part of living a healthier and happier life. If you are looking for a relaxing massage, some deep tissue work, want to try hot stones or the Infrared Body Wrap, I am your person.
What do you like to do for fun?
When I’m not working, I love being outdoors and enjoying nature. I love hiking and just hanging at the beach on a nice sunny day. I also can be very creative, I love to draw and do DIY projects at home. I don’t have any kids but I am a cat mom to one lovely fur baby, Marley.

Why did you decide to become an esthetician?
I knew I wanted to go into esthetics after I received my first facial. I take satisfaction in being able to enhance my client’s natural beauty to inspire confidence from within, to help them relax and feel good inside and out. Every client has different concerns with their skin, no two skins are alike, and that makes it very exciting. I like to customize facials to meet the needs of my clients and seeing glowing results. I enjoy doing facial that provides excellent exfoliation benefits and addresses pigmentation and other signs of aging. The most enjoyable part of my work is giving a face, décolleté, hand and arm massage, and receiving compliments, which make me feel great and happy!

Why did you decide to become a Colon Hydrotherapist?
I’ve received Hydrotherapy once before I came to Eco Chateau so not much exposure prior. Once I got here I was fascinated with the fact that Colon Hydrotherapy was the service the Spa was built around. So many clients coming in for the service so I decided to do a series for myself. I’m in generally good health with no digestive issues, but noticed such improvement in my skin, my brain fog was gone and I felt like I was getting better nutrient absorption from my food. I appreciated the stories from clients who regularly come in for Colon Hydrotherapy and was blown away by everyone’s different wellness journeys. Digestive Issues, Cancer, Lymes Disease, Eczema etc. I learned and realized our digestive system affects everything. All that being said I decided to officially get certified and it was one of the best decisions ever. I learn so much from my clients journeys as they’re all dealing with different issues and get so much gratification seeing them heal and feel better. It’s such an intimate service that you can’t help but build long lasting relationships with your clients who ended being friends.
