Life Motto: “Don’t let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.” – John Wooden

Hometown: Phoenix, AZ

Lived in San Diego: May 2013 – April 2017 (now back in sunny Phoenix!)

Hobbies: When I’m not working, I can be found coaching competitive soccer, playing with my dogs outside, and working my way through the recipes in our family cookbooks (yes, there are more than one!).

Something that people would be surprised to know about you: I am equal parts tomboy and girly-girl. I spend 6-7 days a week on a soccer field, so I am constantly coming home sweaty from working with my players. On the other hand, I love makeup and have worked on over 25 photo shoots and weddings, including doing everyone’s makeup in my own wedding party!

Special Skills: I am passionate about helping our youth become happy, successful and effective leaders. I do leadership and life coaching for young adults, which allows me to utilize my MBA and Masters in Leadership to help shape our next generation of leaders. My background in organizational development and management analysis help me to look at all sides of something in order to make sure it’s as efficient as possible.

What you LOVE about what you do: I came to Eco Chateau as a client because I was trying to reset my body. I was in a bad car accident in August 2012 that resulted in spine and nerve damage and a lot of pain. I spent over a year in physical therapy and was looking into alternative therapies so that I could get off of all of my medications. I did the 21-day detox and was able to rid my body of the residual medications, as well as be the most relaxed and pain free I had been since my accident. I love that I get to pay that forward and help other clients on their wellness journey and look forward to hearing their stories of success.
