Something that people would be surprised to know about you: I am equal parts tomboy and girly-girl. I spend 6-7 days a week on a soccer field, so I am constantly coming home sweaty from working with my players. On the other hand, I love makeup and have worked on over 25 photo shoots and weddings, including doing everyone’s makeup in my own wedding party!
Special Skills: I am passionate about helping our youth become happy, successful and effective leaders. I do leadership and life coaching for young adults, which allows me to utilize my MBA and Masters in Leadership to help shape our next generation of leaders. My background in organizational development and management analysis help me to look at all sides of something in order to make sure it’s as efficient as possible.
What you LOVE about what you do: I came to Eco Chateau as a client because I was trying to reset my body. I was in a bad car accident in August 2012 that resulted in spine and nerve damage and a lot of pain. I spent over a year in physical therapy and was looking into alternative therapies so that I could get off of all of my medications. I did the 21-day detox and was able to rid my body of the residual medications, as well as be the most relaxed and pain free I had been since my accident. I love that I get to pay that forward and help other clients on their wellness journey and look forward to hearing their stories of success.

Special Skills: I have been doing skin care for 12 years and have been a specialist in all the fields: waxing, facials, make-up, and clinical aesthetics. Here are some things that set me apart from others in my field: I’ve been told my touch is so good, that I should work on celebrities, and I have many yelp reviews about how my clients love their eyebrows after a shaping with me. I have also been told I am very good with young ones that come in, unsure about receiving a service, and I feel this is because of my ability to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. I am a Certified Nutritionist, and also went to college to study TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and completed studies as a Holistic Health Care Practitioner Specialized in Herbal Sciences. It also included training in other alternative healing methods such as Aromatherapy, Cupping, Moxibustion, and Gua Sha. I feel I bring my healing energy to every space I work in.

Something that people would be surprised to know about you: In my former career I specialized in animal training and behavior modification at Sea World San Diego. I’ve worked with numerous species of exotic animals including birds of prey, waterfowl and large parrots. I have also been fortunate enough to work with sea lions, otters, walruses, dolphins, pilot whales and the majestic killer whales during my 11 years in the park. I feel blessed in having that experience because it was truly an amazing adventure!

Hobbies: I love nature and enjoy being outdoors. Some of my favorite things to do are hiking, sailing, kayaking, boogie boarding, studying Shamanism, reading and spending time with my family, friends and my 2 little rescue dogs.
Something that people would be surprised to know about you: I am 20% Native American and my mother named me after the Indigenous people of Nayarit, Mexico called “Cora” people.
Special Skills: Being intuitive in nature. It’s easy for me to be open, friendly and warm toward each guest, which I think sets them at ease for a more relaxed session. I like to customize each session according to the needs of my guests, using a blend of modalities and energy work.
What you LOVE about what you do: I love making people feel better in their body & spirit. I want my guests to leave feeling that I have facilitated some change in how they feel overall!

Lived in San Diego: I’ve lived in San Diego for four years (since 2013).
Hobbies: I’ve always loved singing; I recently joined the San Diego Women’s chorus and love it! I grew up swimming and really like spending time at the beach. I can spend entire days cooking and enjoy making food for my friends and family.
Something that people will be surprised to know about me: I used to work on whale watch boats in Cape Cod taking data on humpback whales. Best summers of my life!
Special Skills: I bring a very nurturing presence and intuitive sensitivity to each session, allowing me to feel when the body is responding to different techniques and pressure levels and adjust in order to facilitate the most effective session possible.
What I LOVE about what I do: I grew up in a family of massage therapists, so I learned the benefits of massage at an early age. Now, practicing massage therapy allows me to connect with so many people and use skills and talents passed down to me from my parents, a gift I am thankful for each day.

Lived in San Diego: I drove cross country from Boston to San Diego in March of 2003, in just 3 ½ days. Although I ran as fast as I could from the Boston city Winter, I do miss the Autumn terribly.
Hobbies: The Great Outdoors, sports, music, cooking (more of a lifestyle now than a hobby), studying anything related to the holistic lifestyle, such as Ayurvedic food preparation, Chinese 5-elements, crystals, meditation, yoga, physics, language and philosophy.
Something that people would be surprised to know about you: I’ve been on several paranormal research projects helping people understand their experiences with unusual and unexplained phenomena.
Special Skills: I’m a guitarist and songwriter. Oh! And a huge Kombucha enthusiast, been brewing my own for the last 5 years.

Special Skills: Over 12 years of massage experience. I am also trained in reiki energy therapy, prenatal massage and hot stone therapy.
What you LOVE about what you do: I love knowing that I have made a positive impact on someone at least once a day by doing what I love. I hope the positive effect of the therapy session affects my clients on a physical, mental and spiritual level and it causes a positive ripple of well-being in all aspects of their lives.
