In order to take care of the people we love, we must first take care of ourselves. This idea seems simple yet modern society has trained us to feel guilty and even ashamed when we choose to put ourselves first.
In this workshop, BethAnn will cover some simple tips and tricks on how to let go of this shame and how to finally start putting ourselves first again GUILT FREE! She will also be sharing some of her favorite “go to” self care regimens that are fast and easy when we need a little pick me up during a tough week.
She will also be going over how our mind, body and spirit really work together to create harmony within ourselves and learning how to let go of the stigma of “mental health”.
